Tinsel Town hunk and teenage pin up boy Varun Dhawan celebrates his birthday and turns all of 27 today — 24 April 2014.

Varun is director David Dhawan's younger son and made his debut with Karan Johar no less, in 2012's successful Student Of The Year, which saw him with Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt. Of the three, Dhawan got the most praise for his role as the poor little rich boy with a heart of gold, Rohan Nanda. 

Since then, Varun seems to have passed the acid test. After his dream debut, the actor scored a winner with papa's David Dhawan's Main Tera Hero too. 

The actor who's portrayed a bratty student and a new-age Govinda in his past films, will be required to portray a character several decades older than his biological age in Sriram Raghavan's next thriller.

He'll also reprise his chemistry with Alia Bhatt in Karan Johar's Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, which hits theatres this summer.
