Hrithik-Katrina’s ‘Bang Bang’ begins

Probably one of the most anticipated films of next year, Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif’s next Bang Bang, an official remake of the Tom Cruise-Cameron Diaz starrer Knight and Day (2010) rolls in a couple of weeks – 1 May to be precise.
The screenplay of the film is by Kahaani director Sujoy Ghosh and Suresh Nair who earlier wrote Singh Is King and Namaste London. The dialogues have been written by Abbas Tyrewala.
A Fox Star Studios production, Bang Bang will be directed by Siddharth Anand of Bachna Ae Haseeno, Salaam Namaste and Anjaana Anjaani fame and will release in exactly a year on the same day – 1 May 2014.
The film will be shot across Europe, Far East and India, and is said to feature "spectacular stunt sequences, intense chemistry and edge-of-the-seat excitement, as Hrithik and Katrina will scorch the silver screens in never-seen-before avatars", according to a statement sent to IANS.
Roshan and Kaif were last paired together in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, in which their chemistry was electric. Hopefully Anand can repeat the same magic on screen.
Incidentally, both Roshan and Kaif will next be seen in sequels of successful films. Roshan will feature with Priyanka Chopra in home production Krrish 3, while Kaif will be seen in Dhoom:3 with Aamir Khan. Both films release towards the end of this year.
