No sleaze for Ajay Devgn
In a recent interview to a Mumbai daily the actor got candid and said he only wants to do films he can watch with his family.
"I have decided not to do anything that you can't watch with family. I don't want to do any film, which has an A-certificate," Ajay said to Mid-Day.
"I was recently watching a Hindi film, and my father (action director Veeru Devgan) got up and went away. Later, when I asked him, where did you go, he said, 'They were wearing such clothes, I thought you guys would be embarrassed watching it with me.' My father is from the film industry, if he can walk out, you can imagine.
"I don't want to do such films. It is a myth that if you would show vulgarity or 'kam kapade' (skimpy dresses), the film will work," added the actor.
After a slew of successful films at the box office, the actor will next be seen in Himmatwala, a remake of the 1983 film with the same name. Co starring Tamannaah, Paresh Rawal and Mahesh Manjrekar, the film releases on 29 March and is directed by Sajid Khan.
