Ranbir, Kareena not in Zoya Akhtar's next
There have been several rumours flying around stating that cousins Ranbir Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor will come together as siblings in a film directed by Zoya Akhtar. The talented director, however refuted these rumours, stating that there was no such film on the cards as of yet.
"I am not making a film with Kareena and Ranbir right now. I haven't finished my script yet. The minute it happens, I will let you know. I am writing a script for a family drama right now," said the director to IANS.
Probed on weather she would cast her brother Farhan in all her films, the director said:
"I don't know whether he is going to be in all my films because I don't want to cast him in all my movies and he is not going to say yes to every film that I am going to offer to him. I would like to keep working with him. He is my producer. I love him as an actor, so I would love to keep working with him, but I hope it happens. But he is an actor he can say no to me," she added.
Zoya who directed two films Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Luck By Chance has direct a portion of Bombay Talkies, an anthology film consisting of four short films. The film releases on May 3, 2013, to mark the centenary year of Indian cinema.
