Revealed: The SIX villains in 'Krrish 3'
The publicity for this year's festive release Krrish 3 is fast gathering momentum. After news that the Roshans have pre-poned the film's release date to 1 November 2013, here's another bit of news that's come as a bit of a surprise. Contrary to popular belief about there being two antagonists in the film played by Vivek Oberoi and Kangana Ranaut, it appears that there are in fact a total of SIX villains that our desi superhero has to contend with in the movie. And that's not all. There names and appearances are ominously similar to superhero characters that have appeared or will appear in past and future Marvel superhero films.

Cheetahwoman, Antman, Kaya, Kaal, Rhinoman and Striker. Pretty cheesy names if I'm honest. Still we have to give the Roshans credit for ambition and thinking big — I just hope the film lives up to the huge expectations it's generated and that it isn't a rip off of X-Men and Marvel's Avengers. For the record, bar Kaya and Kaal, Cheetahwoman looks and sounds like a character from the popular 80's cartoon Thundercats, Antman is an established Marvel superhero with a film already in production, Rhino is an established villain that appears in Spider-Man and will be played by Paul Giamatti in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and Striker is a character that has appeared in X-Men 2. So much for originality then.

The film's initial trailers and music are anything but impressive and the effects look tacky, but Hrithik has pulled it out the bag in the past with the film's previous installment and Aditya Chopra's Dhoom 2. Will he succeed this time? Only time will tell.
Krrish 3 also stars Priyanka Chopra, Arif Zakaria, Archana Puran Singh and Rekha in a cameo and has an estimated budget of Rs 125 crore.
