Solo 'Hulk' movie in the pipeline?

All the other central heroes from the Avengers have had already had their solo outings, and are filming sequels - think Captain America, Thor, Iron Man. All except the Hulk - and I mean a film featuring Mark Ruffalo - the Edward Norton disappointment back in 2008 doesn't count. Quite surprising really, given that Ruffalo was by far one of the best characters in last year's box office smash.
Well fans of the lovable green giant can now rejoice. Rumour has it that a solo Hulk film featuring Mark Ruffalo, as the beast with anger management issues is finally in the works.
"There's no script in the works or anything, but we are talking about it. All the Hulk energy right now is on Avengers 2, but Mark Ruffalo is signed up [for more films]. What we're excited about exploring and expanding is Mark - and Bruce Banner is not in Planet Hulk at all. The fun of Hulk is his interaction with humans..." said Kevin Feige (Marvel president) to Entertainment Weekly.
However, we'll have to be patient as there are no plans to have a solo Hulk movie in the near future, seeing as almost all the creative energies at Disney/Marvel are tied up in making Avengers 2 happen.
Avengers 2 is scheduled to release on 1 May 2015.
