Box Office: Aatma, Rangrezz open poorly
Two diverse films released this morning, however neither seems to have found any audiences. Both Aatma and and Rangrezz opened poorly and are likely to face an uphill struggle at ticket windows. Neither has received positive reviews, so chances of them picking up through word of mouth publicity are slim.
Aatma, a psychological thriller directed by Suparn Verma, featuring Bipasha Basu and Nawazuddin Siddiqui tells the story of a single mother Maya (Basu), who can't seem to escape her husband's (Siddiqui) torment and abuse even after he dies.
Priyadarshan's Rangrezz, on the other hand, starring Jackky Bhagnani is a remake of Tamil hit film Naadodigal.
Both films could pick up in the evening, so we'll have to wait and watch before deciding the overall fate of the films at the box office.
