'Ek Thi Daayan' falters at box office despite decent reviews

Surprisingly, Ekta Kapoor’s Emraan-Konkona-Kalki-Huma starrer Ek Thi Daayan has not opened up to the mark at ticket windows in India where it released this morning.
The opening was in the region of 30-40% (Box Office India), perhaps because it hasn’t been marketed in the way a usual Hashmi starrer is i.e. high on thrills and sexual content.
The reviews of the film, however are good, and that may pull it through:
